Heels Dance Workshops
A safe, supportive and judgment free space in which each and every individual can explore the exciting world of heels dance - that’s what my heels class workshops are all about.
Have you been wondering how to confidently walk, move and groove in heels? Or are you interested in preparing yourself for an upcoming commercial dance audition? In that case, you’ve come to the right place.
First and foremost, we’ll warm up our bodies to prepare ourselves to dance in our heels, injury-free.
Afterwards, we’ll go through a variety of walks and strides, floor work as well as some across the room exercises to learn more about proper technique.
Last but not least, we’ll combine all of our newly gained knowledge and incorporate it into the final choreography.
There will also be an opportunity to film your progress at the end of the class.
Book your spot for the next heels dance workshop, become part of our heels dance community and let’s shake a leg!
Looking forward to meeting you in class!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What type of high heel should I bring to class? For beginners, I usually recommend starting out with booties. Meaning a shoe with a wider platform and slightly elevated heel, which provides you with more stability. For those with some more overall dance experience, I suggest wearing a heel with ankle support and try to avoid thin straps, they can cause some nasty cuts when dancing. Overall - the higher the heel, the bigger the challenge, but we loooveee a good challenge, so be courageous and see you in class!
What should I wear? That is totally up to you! Whatever you feel most confident and comfortable in is perfect. You must be able to move in your clothes but besides that there is no right or wrong. For some choroegraphies it can be helpful to wear kneepads, but don’t worry if you don’t have any - it’s optional.
Do I HAVE to wear High Heels to come to you’re classes/workshops? The idea of the class/workshops is for you to learn how to confidently move and groove in you’re high heels. If you however can’t or don’t want to come in high heels that’s totally fine. All of my exercises and choreographies can be danced in normal shoes as well as bare foot or in socks.
Whom are those classes and workshops suited for? EVERYONE! Those classes and workshops are suited for all individuals wanting to learn how to pose, walk and dance in high heels. Everyone is welcome - come as you are!
